When your manifestation brings new challenges

When a new manifestation comes into your life, so do new challenges.

I’m currently experiencing a lot of that myself. Problems I’ve never faced before are show up, and it’s really easy to get overwhelmed and frustrated by them.

The gift of it all is that I can see my upper limit to more joy, happiness, abundance and freedom very, very clearly.

So how do we not get lost in the daily work and to-do-list when manifestations come through? How can we increase our upper limit? Every day I do these 3 things:

1. Remind myself that these challenges are the path to liberation.

Unless I get really clear about my intention to use those problems to liberate myself internally from fear and discomfort, it’s really easy to fall into “why me” thinking pattern (why are these problems happening, why is everything going wrong, why is that person doing great and I’m not, etc).

Remember that that’s not the main point. Have a higher goal - that you want to be happy and at peace no matter what happens in your life. That doesn’t mean you have to give up working and doing your best at things you love. It just means that you don’t let something outside of you prioritize over keeping your center.

2. Reinforce the truth that avoidance of the discomfort doesn’t solve the root of the problem, it just keeps perpetuating it.

It’s easy to believe in manifestation and energetics when things are going right, but will you trust in them when things are going wrong? I’ve found myself having the tendency to want to do things the old 3D way when challenges come up and completely ignore my inner reaction.

But it’s actually the avoidance of the discomfort those challenges bring that keeps us small and forgetting our true nature of wholeness and greatness. Facing this discomfort and releasing it no matter what will end the cycle of fear, stress, overwhelm and worry once and for all.

3. Actually setting aside the time to address daily triggers

Something might seem like a minor annoyance or frustration that you just want to deal with and get over with. But when this happens over and over again, you end up pushing that energy downwards and storing it, instead of letting it release. Eventually, you’ll feel totally fed up with life and unable to handle even the small things because it built up.

To prevent that from happening, I keep a list of things that caused me discomfort each day. At the end of the day, I go through those things one by one and apply my practice to release the energy behind it. This way, none of it gets stuck and I have renewed energy to face anything that might come up the next day.

To your becoming,

Ai
